“Little Camelia Lady”
This little girl wren is sitting quietly in a branch to the side of these lovely Camelias who are stealing the limelight. I have lots of camelias in my garden - they are so pretty - and they drop millions of petals everywhere which can be like a carpet of petals.
It’s also impossible not to fall in love with the tiny wrens that visit my studio, tapping softly at the windows as they search for insects in the flyscreens. I hope you enjoy this.
All my paintings are first created in my sunroom/art studio in Gippsland, Victoria where I get lots of natural light, a rural outlook and I can keep an eye on my chickens and sheep out the window at the same time.
